Firstly, soak ½ cup masoor dal in enough water for 2 hours. Drain off the water and keep aside. In a large bowl take 2 cup besan, ½ cup rice flour, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp. Add red chili powder and garam masala. Add ½ cup of water. Cover the wok with the lid and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes until the vegetables become soft. After 5 minute, add. 4. now add the unroasted/raw peanuts (moongfali). Cook on low flame till crunchy.
