Gongura prawns curry preparation:

Ingredients :-
👇
Onions – 2 medium size (150gms) (Chop them)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Gongura – 4 Bunches
Prawns – 500gms
Salt
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 4
Curry leaves – half cup
Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp

Cooking Method:

Gongura Prawns Making Process:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Gongura – 4 Bunches
Separate oil from gongura paste.
Take gongura paste aside in a bowl.
Add 2 more tbsp of oil (To remianing)
Cleaned prawns – 500gms
Salt
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Separate oil from fried prawns.
Take fried prawns aside in a bowl.
Add oil – 2 tbsp to remaing oil
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies – 4
Chopped onions
Curry leaves – half cup
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Fried prawns
Water – 1 glass (200ml)
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Corainder powder – 1 tbsp
Gongura paste
